Pineapple-banana shake
Ingredients:
6 deciliter fresh pineapple juice
1 pealed, sliced mango
2 medium size banana, cut into pieces
Small pinch of Stevia powder or a couple dropps of Stevia fluid (the brown one will color your drink)
Shredded coconut (to taste)
How to prepare:
Mix Stevia and coconut into the pineapple juice. Stir it, so the Stevia dissolves.
Put the pineapple juice, mango and the banana pieces into a mixer and mix it well.
(If you make it with frozen fruits, the drink will be more creamy.)
If you like great taste, add a teaspoon raw honey and a few drops of lemon juice to the above!
