The Stevia tea leaves are coming from South-America where the Indians had been regularly using it as infusion of herbs for thousands of years. The tea leaves are naturally sweet.
Suggested use: Fill a half of a tea egg with Stevia dried tea leaves and put the egg into hot water. Leave it in there for about 10-12 minutes (depending on how sweet you would like to have your tea), then take it out. Can be consumed as warm or cold drink as well.
You can also add a couple tea leaves to your regular tea as sweetener. Just add the dried tea leaves to your cup of hot tea and leave it in there for a few minutes.
The tea leaves are effective in handling regular stomach trouble, belly puffiness and due to it’s antibacterial property the regular consumption of Stevia will help you to avoid mount disease and gum problems.
It has has no calorie, no carbohydrate and it’s glycemic index is zero. Because of this, people who suffer from diabetes or follow strict diet they are also able to consume it.
